Signing in

Sign in with the email you used at checkout: we email you a sign-in link, or use a password if you set one. Sign in. Sign-in mail comes from hello@plantclinicapp.com; if you can't find it, check spam or promotions.

Your free trial

The first 7 days are free. Leave "Remind me 2 days before it ends" on when you pick your plan (it's on unless you switch it off) and we email you about 2 days before the trial ends. Cancel before then and you're never charged.

Billing and renewal

After the trial, or after a $0.99 first month, PlantClinic Pro costs $34.99 per year (USD) and renews every year until you cancel. You get a receipt by email after every charge. After your first yearly charge, we email you about 30 days before each renewal with the date and the price.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime in your account or by emailing us. If you cancel during the free trial, it ends right away and you're not charged. If you cancel a paid plan, you keep Pro until the end of the time you paid for.

Refunds

If you're charged by mistake, something doesn't work, or you're not happy with a charge, email us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it. See the Terms of Use.

Your data

Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, from the email on your account. See the Privacy Policy.
