Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy explains what Interactive Ecommerce LLC (1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 10801, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), which runs PlantClinic, collects and why. Questions or requests: support@plantclinicapp.com.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the app (identify plants, diagnose problems, remind you to water), to sign you in, to bill your subscription and email you receipts and reminders, to answer support requests, to keep PlantClinic secure, and to understand which features help people so we can improve them.

Who helps us

We share data only with the services that run PlantClinic for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:

We don't sell your personal information.

Ads measurement and your choice

Under some US state laws (such as California's), sharing data with Meta for ads measurement can count as "sharing". You can opt out in this browser. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal.

Your rights

Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. Email support@plantclinicapp.com from the address on your account. We'll answer within 30 days and won't treat you differently for asking. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other state residents have these rights by law; we give them to everyone.

How long we keep it

Account data and scans stay while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete them within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting (usually 7 years).

Children

PlantClinic isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Card data stays with Stripe.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
