PlantClinic is an app and website operated by Interactive Ecommerce LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 10801, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). By using PlantClinic you agree to these terms. Questions: support@plantclinicapp.com.

What PlantClinic does

PlantClinic uses AI to identify plants from your photos, check their health, flag toxicity for people and pets, and give care advice and watering reminders. You need to be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a subscription.

AI answers can be wrong. Treat them as general information, not professional advice. Never eat, forage or use a plant as medicine based on an app. If a child or pet may have eaten a plant, call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 or the ASPCA Animal Poison Control Center at (888) 426-4435, or your vet or doctor, right away.

Your trial and subscription

Choose how to start. Either 7 days free (you pay $0 today), or your first month for $0.99 (charged today). Either way we save your card with our payment provider, Stripe, and your bank may ask you to confirm it (3-D Secure).
Automatic renewal. Unless you cancel before your free trial or first month ends, your subscription continues automatically at $34.99 per year (USD) and renews every year until you cancel. Each charge goes to the card you added.
Reminders, notices and receipts. The date of your first $34.99 charge is shown before you start and in your welcome email. If you leave "Remind me before the trial ends" on, we email you about 2 days before that charge. Before every yearly renewal we email you about 30 days ahead with the date and the price. We email a receipt for every charge.
Cancel anytime, online. Go to your account and tap Cancel subscription, or email support@plantclinicapp.com. Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. Cancel during your $0.99 first month and you keep Pro until it ends, with no further charge. Cancel after a yearly charge and you won't be charged again; you keep Pro until the end of the year you paid for.
One free trial or $0.99 first month per person.

Refunds

If you're charged by mistake, something doesn't work, or you're not happy with a charge, email us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it. After that, payments for periods that have started are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.

Price changes

If the price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first.

Your account

You sign in with the email you used at checkout, using an emailed link or code, or a password if you set one. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You can delete your account at any time by emailing us.

Your photos and content

You keep the rights to your photos. You let us process them to run the app: to identify and diagnose your plants and to show your scan history. Our privacy policy explains how we handle them.

Fair use

Don't misuse PlantClinic: no scraping, reselling, automated scanning, attempts to break security, or uploads of illegal content. We may suspend accounts that do, and refund the unused part of a paid period.

Our liability

We work hard to keep PlantClinic accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and AI results can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
